Neutral Dining Room Inspiration

Neutral Dining Room Inspiration

Since I can't get home to blog about my own home or wardrobe I'm just going to keep creating beautiful vision boards instead.   What I love about this design is it allows you lots of options for a wall paint color.  While I love the idea of keeping the space light and airy,  some might find this a bit too neutral.  If this is the case you incorporate color on the walls with paint,  add floral arrangements to the table and sideboard, or a statement painting to one of the walls.  I'm also  crushing on wallpaper and that's another great way to incorporate color into your space.  I must admit I'm a bit of a commitment phobe so I'd much rather dabble in the temporary kind that can easily be removed and lasts up to 2 years.  I was way too excited when I found this seagrass texture option!  I'd make one wall an accent wall with the paper or if you have wainscoting in your dining room I'd line the upper half with the paper.  Keeping the window treatments light and bright with whites will also make your space feel larger while adding interest.  Top if off with the perfect accent rug that will be spill and food friendly.

p.s. I am majorly in love this sideboard/buffet but I have no place for it in my current home.
